Birthed from the resurgent Emo and Grunge scenes, and reminiscent of the early 2000’s MTV aesthetic and sound, Split Chain present a refreshing balance of Shoegaze, Grunge and Nu-Metal to the UK’s ever growing alternative musical landscape. Delivering guitar immersed in chorus, whilst coherently synthesising the familiar grit of modern day hardcore, Split Chain further ground themselves within distorted, ethereal vocal hooks. 

Derived from the UK’s South West and conceived as a consequence of sentimentality; Split Chain come as a 5 piece amalgamation that aspire to reinvent the familiar. The group’s first endeavour, ‘Get Inside’ finds identity as a sonic confrontation to loss and the self-inflicted mental isolation that is suffered as the result.
